Ms. Nidhi Tomar

Director of Tritya Group of Institutions, Academician, Sports Management Trainer.

Ms. Nidhi Tomar is an accomplished academician with over 8 years of full-time experience in teaching, mentorship, research and extension activities at the Undergraduate and Postgraduate level. She holds an enriching teaching and industry experience, with specialisation in sport management, management training and marketing. She has served as a controller of the examination in Tritya Institute of Event Management under Tritya Educational Trust.

She is pursuing her Doctorate in Standards of Aviation Industry and managing Air Hostess grooming and academy under Tritya Educational Trust. She has participated in many Career Fairs, workshops faculty development programs, Community outreach events, exhibitions, summer schools programs and Health fairs. She teaches at both graduate and undergraduate levels. She has received Faculty Senate Awards for both teaching and service excellence at TIEM. Her research expertise is in the areas of institution building, leadership and strategy.

Her current research focuses on the unique developmental transition facing college students as they move toward life after graduation. She is a member of an interdisciplinary team consisting of TIEM faculty working in this area. She is engaged in ongoing research on the college graduation experience and preparation process and fostering resilience during transitions. She has also been credited for editing books and journals on socio-political issues.
